All prices of the goods on the site are in Bulgarian levs, include VAT and do not include delivery costs.
There are two prices for each product advertised on the site. Goods Delivery Policy

The requested and confirmed orders are processed, delivered by courier and delivered to the User within three working days from the day of their confirmation. The User must accept any possible extension of the delivery time, which is due to a delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company. with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The ordered goods are delivered in a package suitable for its type.

In case the user is not found at the address indicated in the order and the respective courier cannot make the delivery according to the schedule, a notice with a telephone number of the courier is left on the delivery door, with which the User must contact within three working days or the rules for notifying the respective courier company are followed. The price of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and amounts to:

Delivery for the city of Sofia and most settlements is made on the next working day, and for smaller settlements up to 5 working days. Free delivery is available for orders over BGN 100. The risk of loss or damage of the goods passes to the User at the moment when the User or a third party designated by him, other than the courier, accepts the goods.

Refusal policy from an errand and the return policy of goods

A customer who has ordered goods from the site has the right to refuse to receive the goods ordered by him when they are delivered to him, only in the following cases:

1. If the delivered goods obviously do not correspond to the ones ordered by the Customer and this can be established by a simple inspection of the goods.

2. If the goods or their packaging are damaged during transport.

3. If the price that the Client has to pay does not correspond to the one initially offered on the site.

4. If the deadline announced for delivery is not met.

Complaints on the above points are submitted only during delivery.Apart from the listed cases, the Customer has no right to refuse to receive and pay for the goods ordered by him. Otherwise, he owes payment of the costs of delivery and return of the goods.

For the cases of refusal to receive the goods, a protocol is drawn up at the time of delivery. If the Customer refuses to sign the protocol, it is assumed that his refusal to receive the goods is unfounded and he must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.

After receiving and paying for the goods, the Customer may file a complaint and request a refund and refund of the price paid by him in the following cases:

1. If the goods have a substantial defect or non-conformity which cannot be established by routine examination of the goods.

2. If the product has a significant defect during use, which makes it unusable.

3. Without stating the reason for returning the product, if it is in its original form, packaging and quality.

Complaints are accepted as follows:

1. Under points 1 and 2 of the preceding provision: within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

The SELLER will refund to the Client the full amount paid by him, not later than 30 days from the date on which the consumer has submitted the refusal, by bank transfer or courier, the costs of which are at the expense of the Client.

The transport costs for returning the purchase are at the expense of the Client.

In order for a product to be returned, it must be in good commercial condition:

– the goods have not been used;

– its packaging is preserved;

– the receipt or invoice is kept;

If there is a discrepancy between ordered and delivered goods, which was impossible to establish during delivery, the goods are replaced within 36 hours after the customer’s request and check for non-conformity.

Refund policy in connection with bank card payments and refund period

Refunds of amounts made with a bank card are made by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 14 days.
